Where are we heading..............as Africans?

With all the excitement and buzz that has suddenly taken everybody, especially Africans, into a frenzied state, i sit and wonder, where this digital world is headed to?We have embraced the day to day experiences of the so-called first-world countries, and shared our utmost feelings, fears and dreams that we wish will come to pass, but as Africans, where does all this leave us? Will we be able to stand one day, and call ourselves Africans, in the face of all this cultural and traditional erosion that we face? Many have long forsaken their dogmas and beliefs, in anticipation and longing to qualify into the modern fraternity. I stand to be opposed, but i still feel a question needs to be put up, somewhere, somehow. As a matter of fact, are we still Africans????
